I can't make it to this bootcamp. When is your next event?

We often only schedule one bootcamp at a time so that we are able to give 100% of our focus to that particular event. We do, however, hold bootcamps on both the East and the West Coast each year, so keep an eye out and be sure to join our mailing list to receive notifications when we schedule future events.

Do you offer a home-study course?

No. We do not offer a home-study course for a variety of reasons.

First, both the state and federal SEC regulations are constantly changing. You could face serious civil and criminal penalties for violating SEC regulations. This information is updated in the manuals prior to every seminar to make sure that the most recent information is available.

The manuals are extensively updated for each event. Beyond SEC regulations, updates include new case studies and actual examples. As you would expect, Matt's experience grows daily, and with new experience comes new material for the manuals.

Also, please note that the manual and materials the students receive are not all they learn, rather it's only about one half of the training. The other half is received from what is taught by the experts at the event. It would be impossible to write everything that is taught in this seminar into a book.

Is this a good event for a new or experienced investor?

Both. Matt walks you through every step needed to raise the funds you need. He even gives you exact wording for slogans, letters, websites, newsletters, and articles. Matt's style is very unique in the fact that he tailors his training to each individual in attendance. The event covers everything from single-family homes to commercial development, so there's a little something for everyone.

Some of the material is advanced, so it's usually best to have a general knowledge of the subject matter.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

Only a thirst for learning everything you need to know to fund your real estate deals. You will receive everything you need to participate at Saturday morning registration. Laptops are frowned upon as recording in anyway is strictly prohibited and laptops are the usual suspect when it comes to recording. Pads and pens will be provided by the hotel, however, if you have a notebook you would prefer to take notes in please feel free to bring it.

What type of attire is required?

Dress is casual, so please dress comfortable. The meeting rooms can sometimes be cool so we do suggest bringing along a light sweater or jacket if this is the case.

What type of materials will I receive?

Each attendee will walk away from this event with three huge manuals packed full of information, along with a CD-ROM that features several forms and marketing pieces for you to use, and the Creative Real Estate Investor's Guide to Bookkeeping.   Those that opt for the Mentoring package will receive a copy of the Landlord's & Flipper's Cash Flow Analyzer® software, a $160 value.
