Our No-Risk 30-Day and 45-Day Return Policy

First of all, please feel free to call us if you have any questions or issues with the product you ordered.  We are positive that we can help you or perhaps direct you to another product.

We offer a 30-day refund policy that you will be 100% satisfied or we will refund your purchase price. Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping and handling fees.  The 30-day period begins upon the date of download if the product is downloadable, otherwise the period begins upon receipt of the merchandise.

We offer a 45-day refund on selected products such as the Texas Houses for Pennies and An Attorney's Secrets to Investing in Tax Lien Certificates.

All refunds require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please call us to obtain one.  You must sign a Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction and we need to receive it from you within the 30-day period along with any software/product materials in re-salable condition.  Email or fax copies can not be accepted.   (click here for letter)

International Orders:  There are no refunds for international orders except for Canadians & Australians who purchase the Canadian/Australian versions.  Canadian & Australian versions have the same money-back guarantee as the US versions. 

TenantFile Software:  A 15% restocking fee is charged by the TenantFile software manufacturer for returns.  Please understand that this fee is not imposed by our company, but rather from the manufacturer.  The fee is collected and remitted to the manufacturer.  No restocking fees apply to any of our other products.

Consulting Services: There are no refunds for consulting services.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Refunds can not be made on unauthorized returns. Please contact us in advance or you may jeopardize your timely request for a refund. We recommend all returns be sent with proof of delivery.
