Q. What is your refund policy?

offer at least a 30-day no-risk money-back refund on all products. The
only thing we can't refund is postage.

Q. Why don't the macros work?
A. The security level in Microsoft Excel is set too high.
Solution: In Excel, go to "Tools", "Macros", "Security", and select
"Medium". Click OK to save, close Excel and then reopen the Landlord's Cash
Flow Analyzer ®. Always select "Enable Macros" when using the spreadsheet.
Q. Can I modify the spreadsheet?
A. Absolutely! Modify and adjust as you grow and your needs change.
Q. When I attempt to modify the spreadsheet, Excel gives me an error
stating that the cell is "protected". How can I fix this?
A. In Excel, select "Tools", "Protection", then "Unprotect Sheet"
Q. There is no place to enter a down payment. Where do I enter that
information?
A. The Analyzer infers the amount of your down payment. When you enter the
amount you paid for the property, e.g. $100,000, and also the amount
borrowed, e.g. $75,000, the calculations that compute cash flow, rate of
return, property sale, etc. assume a $25,000 down payment.

Q. Does the Landlord's Cash Flow Analyzer ® work on a Mac?
A. Yes, as long as you have Microsoft Excel for Mac.
Q. How do I enter more than one property? Do I have to delete all the
data to enter a new analysis?
A. When you first open the file, go to "File", "Save As.." and type in a
filename of choice. Doing so will preserve the main file for your next
analysis. As of 8/4/05, all of our files are saved as templates so that when
you save the file, you are automatically prompted to save the file under a
different name.
Q. Can I install the software on more than one computer?
A. Yes, you can install our software on any computer that you own. We allow
this for your convenience. Of course, there are always individuals who will
push the envelope, so please do respect the copyright laws and adhere to the
spirit of our intent. Thank you.
Q. How do I convert values to euros and do a currency exchange at a
specified conversion rate?
A. Easy! Use the Euro conversion tool built into the software.
Q. The file does not compute totals when I enter numbers. What do I need
to do?
A. In Excel, go to "Tools", "Options", and select the "Calculation" tab.
Make sure that "Automatic" is selected.
Q. How do I insert a picture?
A. In Excel, select "Insert" from the menu bar, then "Picture", "From
File.." and then locate and choose the file that you want to insert from
your hard drive, CD or memory stick.
