Just go the the Help Section, click 'Help' and you're there. Or, you can press F1 from anywhere in the Tenant File program. You will find a valuable User's Guide to answer your questions about the Tenant File. You can search for any topic. The Help File includes a 'How to ...' section, which give you step-by-step instructions on most of the tasks that you perform as Owner or Property Manager.
