The USER DEFINED REPORT is unique to the Tenant File, and allows you to create a report from any information in the system! Just pick from a listing of fields, select the sort order, and the report is created for you.  It is not limited just to information - you can also pull in information from your transaction ledgers, and include income or expenses between any two dates.  The Tenant File makes it easy to get the information you need.
