pleasure of having tenants
or to improve a community
with a nicely done flip.
So, why invest in real
estate?
Obviously to make money...
pure and simple. Of
course, that doesn't mean
that there aren't other
benefits ... sure there are,
like the freedom to be your
own boss ... but
only if you are
successful, right?...
and if you are not...
well, so much for freedom.
I have advised many real
estate clients over the
years, and quite honestly, I
am not aware of too many
other opportunities where
you can lose money
faster than in real estate.

all of those real estate
gurus out there forgive me.
