our software on our toll-free line. But sometimes our customers want more
hands-on help
understanding a particular rental property analysis. Either worried
about making a mistake or knowing the value of experienced professional
consulting, many of our customers seek our assistance to ensure they
are analyzing real estate properly.
Thus, we offer our Coaching and CPA Analysis Review Service.
Our Coaching & CPA Analysis Service goes beyond the normal customer service.
We actually review your rental property analysis with you over the phone
and through email. We also explain the significance of the
calculations, financial ratios, and their respective purposes.
We help you understand the story the numbers are painting so that you
can determine whether that property's performance will meet your
investment objectives.
Our customers not only gain the confidence to begin investing
sooner, but they walk away with an education!
There really is nothing like having a CPA firm on call that
specializes in rental property analysis.
Here is some of what we can help you
with...
1. Review your input to make sure you have
entered the information correctly,
2. Review your output to help you understand the numbers,
3. Take you step-by-step
through the input screens,
4. Answer any questions that you may have
related to the software or analysis,
5. Explain how the various financial ratios
are calculated and why they matter,
6. Polk holes in your analysis and help you to focus on
areas of concern,
7. Well... you tell us what
you need help with...
How does our service work?

Our service is only available to our Pro
Version customers. So if you have not purchased the Landlord's
or Flipper's Cash Flow Analyzer Pro, you will need to do so before
we can provide coaching. You can purchase coaching time
anytime.

The second step is to purchase a 1/2 hour block of time. We charge $75 per
half hour. You will not need to spend the entire 1/2 hour at
once. If you so choose, we can spend 10 minutes on the phone
answering questions, and then schedule a later time to review your
analysis.

Once you have purchased the time, please call our
office at your convenience at 866-290-4183 to schedule a session.
At that time, you can tell us what you need help with e.g. software
walk-through, review of your analysis, etc.

We will schedule a time for you
to speak with one of our CPAs at a mutually convenient time...
usually within 12 to 24 hours of your call.
